The Slackers

Thanks to everyone who came out to the 3 shows we just did in Texas. We were blown away by the enthusiasm. We were especially amazed by the 2 sold out nights at the Flamingo Cantina! Wow!

The 2nd night was recorded for a live DVD that should come out by next summer.

In other slacker news,
we have completed music for a new cd entitled, "self medication", that will be out in the USA and Canada on april 15. It will be distributed through Red Eye distribution. We are working on a european and japanese version for june.

So when the Slackers hit the west coast of the US of A they will be bringing with them a new disc, The Boss Harmony Sessions.

As some of you may know, the band has been recording new material. They are now up to over 25 songs in some sort of working order.

So 12 songs from this pool are gonna be put on the Boss Harmony sessions and it will be on Special Potato records in North America, Disk Union in Japan, and Rocker's Revolt in Uk/Europe.

A preview version will first be available at the Slackers west coast, florida, and costa rica concerts in september.

Later in the fall, there will be more general distribution through such outlets as interpunk.com
