I got the chance to see Eli "Paperboy" Reed and The True Loves tonight here in Denver, and I must say, they killed! They are opening for the Slackers for Slackfest 2008, but if you get the chance to see them beforehand, I highly recommend it. Eli Reed and The True Loves encompass soul and blues in the most true and traditional sense, and their stage performance is nothing short of exceptional! Please go see them live; you wont regret it, I can assure you.
